Learn how to recognize the signs of poor mental health

Intervention is a community effort. You and your neighbors can learn how to help someone who's going through a mental health crisis by participating in free training programs through DeFeet.

By the end of the eight-hour course, you'll be able to...

Identify a person in crisis
Intervene quickly and appropriately
Teach others how to recognize the signs of addiction, depression and other mental health issues

Upcoming classes and other fundraising events will be posted on Facebook. Follow us now so you'll always be in the loop.
